Develop and implement comprehensive strategy for OT (Operational Technology) enablement across 12 manufacturing locations
Design standardized deployment processes for machine connectivity and data collection systems
Create governance frameworks for sustainable long-term implementation of enterprise tools
Evaluate and recommend optimal approaches for control package procurement to enable plug-and-play functionality
Establish clear roles and responsibilities documentation between IT and OT teams

Ability to travel
Dual Expertise: Both IT and OT experience required to eliminate finger-pointing between departments
OT Skills: PLC systems, SCADA, manufacturing systems integration, tag configuration
IT Skills: Network configuration, server administration, virtualized environments
