Insight Global is looking for a Hybrid Site Controller to support one of our chemical manufacturing clients, serving as a key financial partner within the production plant. This role is deeply embedded in day-to-day site operations, translating production performance into accurate, timely financial insights that drive sound operational and strategic decision-making. The Site Controller ensures the integrity of site-level P&L, cost accounting, budgets, forecasts, and reporting while strengthening cost control, efficiency, and financial discipline. Working closely with production and leadership teams, this individual provides proactive analysis, identifies risks and opportunities, supports capital and inventory management, and delivers clear, actionable insights to help achieve both operational excellence and strong financial performance.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior controlling experience, preferably within a manufacturing site.
• Experience with SAP
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
Strong communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
