Job Description
This position is responsible for designing, delivering and supporting the organization’s Ansible and Terraform solutions within the Aviatrix multi-cloud and Equinix Fabric environments at an expert level by specifically executing procedures that are standardized, competent, and compliant based on the standards set forth by the organization. Technical expertise is required for orchestration of critical systems and functions relative to daily operations and infrastructure support. A strong network engineering and cloud network engineering background, with expertise in Terraform and Ansible, as well as leadership capabilities for task delegation and team collaboration is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage multi-cloud network (including AWS, Azure, and GCP) solutions using Aviatrix and Equinix Fabric.
• Develop and maintain well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best practices within Terraform for an enterprise environment containing multiple developers.
• Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automation of network tasks.
• Provide team leadership by delegating tasks and collaborating with other teams to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with network engineering and operations groups for Ansible playbook development and IaC onboarding.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs of the business.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations and processes, and standards.
• Provide training for engineering and operations teams adopting IaC practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop IaC deployments using Terraform.
• Develop best practices for IaC deployments and code management.
• Manage CI/CD Pipeline for application deployment using tools such as Jenkins/uDeploy/Cloud Foundry.
• Provide solution integration with vendor infrastructure applications including physical and logical infrastructure devices.
• Interface with IT management to road-map automation application improvements, and opportunities.
• Utilize Bitbucket for source code management with multiple repositories and branching strategies.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow workflows and integrations for critical tasks and activities

- 10+ years of network engineering with a strong focus in multi-cloud networking
- AWS/ Azure cloud networking experience
- Experience using Aviatrix multi-cloud environments
- IaC experience using Terraform
- Ansible experience
