Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an SAP Sales & Customer Service Business Analyst to support Parker Hannifin’s Digital and IT organization. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP resources to support and enhance core sales and customer service processes within the SAP environment.
Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, configuring and supporting SAP Sales and Customer Service functionality, troubleshooting production issues, supporting testing efforts, and participating in system enhancements and deployments. This person will work with cross-functional teams to improve order-to-cash processes, customer service workflows, pricing, billing, and related integrations with other enterprise applications.
The Analyst will serve as a key liaison between the business and technical teams, helping identify process improvement opportunities, document requirements, develop training materials, and ensure successful adoption of new solutions. This role will also provide day-to-day support for SAP and integrated business systems while contributing to ongoing digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
This position does not have direct reports but requires strong collaboration, project management, and stakeholder communication skills. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required. This role is roughly 90-100K with bonus

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of SAP experience supporting Sales, Customer Service, or Order-to-Cash business processes
• Experience configuring, testing, and troubleshooting SAP Sales and/or Customer Service modules
• Strong understanding of:
o Sales Order Processing
o Pricing
o Billing
o Returns Management
o Customer Service Operations
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to improve processes and implement solutions
• Knowledge of SAP integrations with enterprise systems such as CRM, Logistics, or Finance
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and production deployments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• SAP S/4HANA experience
• Experience with EDI, IDocs, and SAP data exchange technologies
• Salesforce or other CRM integration experience
• Knowledge of business process automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Experience creating training materials, process documentation, and user guides
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience supporting global SAP environments
