Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to help complete an in progress Salesforce implementation while providing technical leadership across development efforts. This role will support platform enhancements, new versions, and cloud governance initiatives.
Responsibilities may include:
• Lead Salesforce development and customization efforts.
• Support completion of Salesforce implementation initiatives.
• Guide development teams and review technical designs.
• Support Salesforce upgrades and new platform versions.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders.
• Assist with cloud governance initiatives related to Salesforce.
This role is roughly 60-65hr

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong hands on experience developing and customizing Salesforce solutions.
• Experience leading Salesforce development efforts or acting as a technical lead.
• Experience supporting or completing Salesforce implementations.
• Experience working on Salesforce upgrades and new platform versions.
• Ability to guide development teams and support architectural decisions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Salesforce architecture experience.
• Experience supporting cloud governance initiatives.
• Experience defining development standards and best practices.
• Salesforce certifications.
