Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain embedded software using embedded C/C++ and Python or similar scripting tools within a Windows-based development environment. Develop and debug real-time software running on RTOS, including low-level drivers and Board Support Packages (BSPs) to support hardware bring-up and system functionality. Implement and support communication protocols such as Ethernet, RS‑422, MIL‑STD‑1553, and SPI while collaborating closely with hardware, systems, and test engineers. Participate across the full Software Development Life Cycle, contributing to design reviews, testing, documentation, and team-based problem solving.
