Job Description

Role Summary
The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles, and removing impediments to help the team deliver high-quality products efficiently. They act as a servant leader for the development team and a coach for Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
Support Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization
Track team progress using metrics (velocity, burndown, release forecasting)
Ensure Agile best practices are followed (continuous improvement, collaboration, transparency)

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scrum, SAFe preferred)
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, ADO, ServiceNow, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to identify and resolve team impediments quickly
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience working with cross-functional development teams
