Job Description

he AHM and Asset Reliability product teams support a broad portfolio of digital initiatives and improvements that vary in size, maturity, and complexity. Many of these efforts have been identified as priorities or early areas of focus by Refining leadership. To help address this, a staff augmentation resource is needed to provide product and portfolio support across roughly 30 active or emerging initiatives. This role will work closely with the IT Product Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to improve follow-up, communication, documentation, and overall visibility. The goal is to strengthen execution support and keep priority initiatives moving as business direction, capacity, and engagement continue to evolve.

Objective

The objective of this role is to provide hands-on support to the IT Product Manager overseeing the AHM and Asset Reliability product teams. The focus will be on improving coordination, communication, and follow-through across a large and varied set of initiatives. This resource will help organize work, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and keep track of progress and dependencies. They will also support documentation and leadership materials, helping ensure initiatives continue moving forward where possible while decisions around scope, timing, ownership, or business capacity are being worked through.

Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and leadership updates to provide a clear view of progress, risks, and where input or decisions are needed
Support portfolio-level reporting and governance activities by helping standardize how initiatives are tracked and communicated
Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, SMEs, and leadership to maintain alignment and keep efforts moving
Help identify stalled items, resource constraints, and gaps that may require additional attention or leadership input
