Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain embedded software applications using C and C++ for aerospace systems
Implement software solutions in compliance with DO‑178 safety‑critical certification standards
Support full software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and certification documentation
Collaborate with systems, hardware, and quality teams to ensure software meets functional, safety, and regulatory requirements
Participate in code reviews, verification, and validation activities to ensure high‑quality, certifiable software deliverables
Contribute to troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of complex embedded software issues
For senior and lead roles: provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support quality assurance and certification efforts across programs

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong professional experience developing embedded software in C and C++
Hands‑on experience with DO‑178 (or DO‑178C) certification in an aerospace or safety‑critical environment
Experience working on safety‑critical embedded systems with rigorous coding, testing, and documentation standards
Ability to work across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, implementation, verification, and certification support
Strong understanding of embedded systems constraints, real‑time behavior, and hardware‑software interaction
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

SCADE experience
