Required Skills & Experience
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Matillion to ingest data from CRM, ERP, and billing systems
• Develop and optimize data models in Snowflake to support sales and compensation reporting
• Prepare and transform datasets used for commission calculations and incentive plans
• Ensure high data quality and integrity (critical for compensation accuracy)
• Create and manage data outputs/integrations for downstream systems, including SAP Callidus
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and query efficiency

What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience with Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with Matillion or similar ETL tools
• Experience building pipelines that support sales/revenue data
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Experience integrating with downstream systems (files, APIs, etc.)

• Exposure to SAP Callidus or other compensation platforms (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, etc.)
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex or AI-driven data workflows
• Background in sales compensation, finance, or revenue operations data
