An aerospace company in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a Test Equipment Build Specialist to join their team. deliverables include:
Deliver completed test equipment based on deadline provided by TSE/program. KPI: 1 defect or less per article
Rework test equipment based on deadline provided by TSE/program. KPI: 0 defects per reworked per article
Complete TSE standard Inspection checklist as required.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in assembly
• Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics and mechanical assembly drawings
• Experience with test equipment such as DMMs and oscilloscopes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with aircraft-grade circular connectors and military-grade
• IPC 620 and/or JSTD certification
