Job Description

This role supports Air Force readiness by creating clear, practical training and guidance that help leaders respond to health and safety emergencies. The ideal candidate will research complex topics like CBRN and preventive medicine and turn them into usable tools, exercises, and decision‑support products. Your work directly helps commanders assess risks, protect personnel, and communicate effectively during real‑world incidents. It’s a high‑impact role focused on preparedness, problem‑solving, and mission support rather than frontline response. This position offers an hourly pay rate based on experience, with potential earnings of up to $44 per hour.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Health Physics, Environmental Sciences, etc.
-5 Years of Experience performing/following processes:
-Force Health Protection
-Health Risk Assessments (HRAs)
-Occupational Environmental Health (OEH)
-Development of sound Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and overall knowledge of CBRN Chemical Biological -Radiological Nuclear
-Experience utilizing system Mission Oriented Protective Posture (MOPP)
