Job Description

The Program Manager provides leadership and has overall responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to technology and business unit programs and projects. Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of programs. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget and that IT governance is followed. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Works with business segment manager(s) and program/project sponsors to establish the project scope, deliverables, budget and schedule.

Required Skills & Experience

Program Manager level role - We need someone with good communication that doesn't need any babysitting, must understand processes and procedures, M&A experience in the finance area would be great (not required). Someone who is a driver with the ability to get documentation, deliverables etc. Been in the trenches, drivers, good with documentation etc. Banking with regulatory experience would be helpful (not required. Regulatory projects are the main focus as we continue to merge and acquire.
