Job Description
We are looking for a strong Project Manager to help drive execution across several business and technology initiatives.
This individual will be responsible for running status meetings, tracking action items to closure, following up with stakeholders on commitments, and ensuring releases are delivered successfully. More importantly, I need someone who is focused on getting work done, identifying risks early, and driving mitigation plans before issues impact delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong risk identification, management, and mitigation experience
• Ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams
• Experience tracking releases from planning through production deployment
• Strong Jira expertise, including dashboards, reporting, dependency management, and release tracking
• Comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Ability to quickly come up to speed on new business domains and complex initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to escalate issues appropriately and remove blockers
• Experience managing RAID logs, project plans, milestones, and executive status reporting
