Job Description

A nonprofit client of Insight Global is seeking a program coordinator to provides leadership and operational oversight for youth‑focused and community‑based programs. As a key member of the management team, this role supports program implementation, supervises staff, strengthens community and school partnerships, and represents the organization in various community settings. The Coordinator ensures program effectiveness, high‑quality service delivery, and alignment with organizational goals.

Program Oversight & Operations
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned programs
• Conduct outreach initiatives and community needs assessments to inform program development
• Collect, maintain, and evaluate case files, program data, and outcomes in compliance with organizational and contractual standards
• Administer participant and partner satisfaction surveys to support continuous quality improvement
Community & School Partnerships
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with schools and community partners
• Represent the organization professionally at community meetings, events, and collaborative activities
Staff Supervision & Team Collaboration
• Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing leadership, coaching, and performance oversight
• Participate in weekly management meetings to stay informed of organizational priorities and program updates
• Communicate effectively with leadership and contribute positively to organizational culture
Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare quarterly reports documenting program accomplishments and comparing actual outcomes to planned goals
• Develop annual program plans aligned with program objectives and funding requirements
• Track, compile, and submit required program data and statistics to funders in accordance with grant guidelines
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reports accurately and on time
Professional Development & Conduct
• Participate in relevant trainings, conferences, and departmental meetings
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, ethical standards, and applicable regulations
• Demonstrate initiative, creativity, independence, and strong oral and written communication skills
Additional Responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; licensure such as LSW or LPC preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a management team
• Experience in youth programming, reentry services, community‑based initiatives, or educational partnerships preferred
