Job Description

As a Client Service Associate, you will support and manage ongoing servicing needs for assigned commercial clients, ensuring timely, accurate policy updates and a high level of client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with internal teams, carriers, and clients to handle policy changes, documentation, billing support, and claims coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client requests for policy changes, endorsements, and coverage updates

Process endorsements directly with carriers or escalate complex changes and new lines of business for quoting

Track, follow up on, and deliver completed endorsements to clients

Handle client-initiated cancellations and coordinate required internal steps

Prepare, coordinate, and deliver Proofs of Insurance and Certificates

Assist with claims coordination and escalate claims matters as needed

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience

Strong understanding of commercial coverages and policy structure

Ability to analyze coverage needs and support guaranteed-cost program designs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proficiency with EPIC preferred and other carrier websites

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

Experience working in a high-volume brokerage or agency environment

Familiarity with additional platforms such as CSR24 or Indio
Prior experience supporting account strategy or renewal planning

College degree (preferred, not required)
