Job Description
• Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on projects ranging from $5M–$50M.
• Take ownership of internal coordination, including procurement, equipment tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure all manufactured and purchased equipment is delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change order documentation, and project files in Procore.
• Track action items, follow up relentlessly, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Assist with scheduling, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
• Provide critical internal support so project managers can focus on client-facing execution.
• Ability to create “pull” team members to work on the project and hit deadlines.
• Desire to take on more responsibility and grow into PM role.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience supporting project teams in industrial, construction, or equipment-related environments.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with design/build projects and industrial equipment integration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Procore experience a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
