Job Description

A Fortune 100 retail client is seeking a Project Manager to join their E-Commerce team supporting their in-store, continuous improvement initiatives. This resource will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and managing projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in conjunction with stakeholders.
· Ensure all project tasks are completed, and objectives are met within the agreed timeline, scope, and budget.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
· Provide regular status updates to the project team and stakeholders on project progress and any emerging issues or risks.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project deliverables.
· Partner with store associates to test and gather feedback on new technology / equipment enhancements.
· Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting notes.
· Create training material & conduct train the trainer sessions on new best practices.
· Effectively communicate key information to multiple levels throughout the organization

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of project coordination or management experience in the retail industry
- Ability to travel onsite to stores within 25 miles of downtown
- Microsoft Suite experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience around E-Commerce

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working in Power BI
- Enterprise level experience with E-Commerce (working with all ranges of the business)
- Experience managing project budgets
