Job Description

The main function of a Maintenance HVAC technician is to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment on all systems, across multiple facilities. Individuals are expected to demonstrate technical expertise in one craft area (Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, Central Utility Plant Operations) and be multi-skilled in others.

Required Skills & Experience

- EPA type II
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a maintenance HVAC technician role with recent experience working on electrical, piping, plumbing, and refrigeration systems
- comfortable working independently 90% of the time
- Experience with commercial facilities
- Must know how to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- EPA Universal 608
- Experience working with a previous competitor
