An employer in Cincinnati is seeking a Labor Manager for a long‑term contract opportunity to support Retail Operations within the Labor & Expense organization. This role will focus on front‑end store operations during a major labor and POS modernization effort. The Labor Manager will support the rollout of Logile, a new enterprise labor management system, alongside the implementation of a new POS system, while maintaining existing systems during the transition period.
This position will manage labor profiles, attributes, and configurations across multiple store locations and support the coexistence of two POS systems. The Labor Manager will play a key role in managing timelines for concurrent rollouts, supporting change management, and helping inform the business and store associates throughout the transition.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of labor management experience
Experience working with enterprise labor management systems (LMS)
Experience supporting multiple locations or stores simultaneously
Ability to manage and maintain labor profiles, attributes, and system configurations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage overlapping timelines and priorities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Retail industry experience (Supply chain experience is also acceptable; manufacturing experience can be relevant)
Experience supporting front‑end store operations
Experience with labor standards development
Industrial Engineering background, particularly related to building or optimizing labor standards
Experience supporting or working with POS systems in a retail environment
