Job Description

We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors, traveling to different job sites, and performing physically demanding work. This is a hands-on position that supports field operations on construction, infrastructure, transportation, and environmental projects. No prior industry experience is required— candidates with strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

This is not a desk job. Team members should expect early mornings, long days in varying weather conditions, frequent travel, and physically intensive work in the field.

What You'll Do
• Travel with a field crew to project sites throughout the region.
• Assist with drilling, sampling, and subsurface exploration activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize equipment, tools, materials, and samples.
• Lift, carry, and handle heavy equipment and materials regularly.
• Support installation of monitoring equipment and field instrumentation.
• Perform site setup, utility clearances, site reconnaissance, and general labor tasks.
• Collect, label, and document soil, rock, and other field samples.
• Maintain daily field reports, logs, and project documentation.
• Assist with routine maintenance, cleaning, fueling, and repairs of trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in daily safety meetings.
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Required Skills & Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, hardworking, safety minded
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving history
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and ability to lift over 50 lbs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working on a farm, with large machinery, landscaping, construction, or excavation
