Key Responsibilities:
Territory Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan to penetrate key hospital systems and private clinics across the Northeast.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives. This includes delivering on sales targets and quotas.
OR & Clinical Engagement: Navigate the complexities of the Operating Room environment to demonstrate AR solutions to surgeons, department heads, and C‑suite executives.
Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for product adoption.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s medical device augmented reality solutions, ensuring the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
Revenue Growth and Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and close deals, managing the full sales cycle from initial client interest to final procurement.
Forecasting and Reporting: Regularly analyze sales data and provide accurate forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive leadership team.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and company policies.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, and clinical teams, to align efforts and achieve common objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
Proven success in selling capital medical equipment to Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Spine surgeons.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Surgical Domain Expertise: 2+ years of experience in medical device or clinical technology sales, with a documented track record of success in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Spine.
