Job Description

Insight Global is seeking 2 Salesforce Architects to support a multi-national power management client of ours. They will be responsible to support hyperscale business initiatives, focused on large-scale data center growth and service optimization. This role will balance business engagement and hands-on technical design across multiple workstreams to better leverage Salesforce Service modules.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Support Project Giddian within the hyperscale business (data center growth initiatives)
• Drive architectural design and decision-making across 4 workstreams
• Partner with:
o Business stakeholders (50%) – including refinement calls and requirements alignment
o Technical teams (50%) – guiding design and implementation
• Lead presentations and provide clear updates to stakeholders
• Focus primarily on hyperscale initiatives (~80%) with additional support across broader efforts (~20%)
• Help improve service delivery, scalability, and operational efficiency while reducing overhead

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce environments (10,000+ users)
• Strong ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in solution design, including architecture decisions, integration patterns, and scalability considerations in Salesforce
• Ability to optimize and reuse components while minimizing technical debt
• Forward-thinking mindset with experience designing for future-state Salesforce capabilities
• Technical Stack:
o Salesforce Native Platform
o Apex
o Flow
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
