Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Inventory Control Lead to join an enterprise retail company onsite full-time permanent in Mexico City. This role owns inventory accuracy and control within the Mexico Distribution Center (DC), working closely with the third-party logistics (3PL) and DC leadership to address ongoing challenges related to shrink, lost inventory, and misplacement caused by capacity strain and suboptimal layout. The Inventory Control Lead will be responsible for cycle counts, root‑cause analysis of discrepancies, and tightening processes to improve visibility and accountability. They will aggregate and analyze inventory data, ensure reporting aligns with NAM standards, and partner with stakeholders to drive corrective actions. The role plays a critical part in stabilizing operations after Q4 shrink issues and preparing the DC for future growth in a startup‑like environment.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of inventory control experience within a distribution center environment
Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, reconciliations, and root‑cause analysis
Experience working closely with 3PL partners to enforce standards and accountability
High attention to detail with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Comfort working onsite in a fast‑paced, evolving operational environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Client‑side inventory experience rather than only 3PL‑owned roles
Experience supporting high‑growth or newly established DCs
Exposure to apparel, retail, or omnichannel fulfillment environments
Strong alignment with organizational values and willingness to lean into a hands‑on, build‑and‑improve culture
