Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a vendor maintenance specialist to support the Accounts Payable team for one of our largest healthcare organizations in NC. This contractor will assist with vendor maintenance and management. They will also be working with 1099s, TIN matching with the IRS, mapping of vendors locations, bank changes, and other aspects of setting up and maintaining vendors. This is a fully remote opening but this contractor must live in one of the following cities Charlotte, Winston, Wilmington, Charleston, or Hilton Head area.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable experience/vendor maintenance
• Previous ERP experience
• Great communication/customer service skills
• Experience with 1099s, TIN matching with the IRS, mapping of vendors locations, bank changes, and other aspects of maintaining and setting up vendors.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Infor netsuite ERP experience
