Job Description

The client is seeking an Integrative Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical services within a residential recovery program. This individual will play a key role in supporting residents' emotional and psychological growth while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary care team, including psychiatry, nursing, care coordination, and residential staff. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, strengths-based, and experienced in supporting adults with mental health challenges.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized, goal-focused recovery plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy (1–2 sessions per resident per week)
• Conduct bi-weekly family support calls
• Create, facilitate, and document group psychotherapy programming
• Complete clinical assessments as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Lead recovery planning meetings and support discharge planning efforts
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical support to residents
• Participate in on-call coverage rotation
• Deliver clinical consultation, psychoeducation, and training to staff
• Facilitate family education sessions throughout the year
• Participate in community meetings, recreational activities, and resident events
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
• Utilize supervision to support clinical growth and case consultation
• Perform additional duties as assigned by clinical leadership

Required Skills & Experience

• Master's, Psy.D., or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Current North Carolina licensure as an LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (associate licensure considered)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy, clinical assessments, and/or related clinical services
• Experience working with adults experiencing mental health challenges
• Strong crisis intervention, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with clinical documentation and technology systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience within residential treatment, recovery-oriented, or integrative care settings
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities
• Experience providing psychoeducation and family support services
