Job Description
A large equipment organization is seeking a Software Developer / Engineer to join its growing internal development team. This role is slated to last 6-months, and has the possibility of converting fulltime. It supports ongoing application development and modernization efforts across a Microsoft-based environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Develop and maintain applications using C# and modern .NET technologies (ASP.NET Core, MVC)
• Design and implement system components, software interfaces, and application architecture
• Work with MS SQL Server (on-prem) to support application logic and data needs
• Support, enhance, and build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
• Contribute to testing, debugging, and overall software stability and performance
• Maintain and enhance existing applications while supporting modernization initiatives
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum-style environment, participating in code reviews and team discussions
Pay Rate Range: $40-$47/HR

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server development
• Practical experience with Power Platform, specifically:
○ Power Apps
○ Power Automate
• Working knowledge of DevOps concepts (deployment, environments, version control)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a growing development environment
• Willingness and curiosity to learn new technologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Dynamics 365 (ERP) or other ERP platforms
• Exposure to Azure development or configuration
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Kubernetes is a plus, but not required
• Microsoft certifications are a plus
