Job Description
The Senior Product Manager owns product outcomes end-to-end, from strategy through launch and continuous improvement. Operating with a general management mindset, they balance customer value, commercial impact, and technical feasibility to deliver measurable business results.
They set direction in ambiguous environments, align cross-functional teams, and lead through influence rather than authority. As accountable owners of their product domain, they drive clarity, execution discipline, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Help define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to business goals and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain a data-driven product strategy and roadmap grounded in customer insight, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals, ensuring strategic and financial alignment.
• Translate market, technology, and AI trends into clear product direction.
• Engage regularly with customers to deeply understand workflows, needs, and business contexts.
• Ensure customer value remains central to all product decisions.
• Champion intuitive, explainable, and user-centric product experiences, particularly for AI-driven features.
• Own planning and execution for complex, cross-team initiatives, proactively identifying and removing blockers.
• Set clear success metrics, define KPIs and OKRs, and hold the product team accountable for outcomes.
• Drive experimentation and learning through hypothesis-driven development.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic investment.
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, sales, and legal to deliver high-quality products.
• Act as a trusted product and technical partner, ensuring feasibility, quality, and scalability.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-focused product narratives.
• Influence senior stakeholders through evidence, clarity, and compelling storytelling.
• Ensure high standards of design quality, usability, and accessibility.
• Use analytics to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and communicate performance.
• Support and mentor other product managers, contributing to a high-performing product organization.

Required Skills & Experience
• Significant experience managing complex products or platforms end-to-end.
• Demonstrated success in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
• Proven track record of delivering products from concept through launch with clear business impact.
• Delivery of AI driven product feature functionality essential.
