Job Description
Logistics client of Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to lead reporting and data analytics initiatives for the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) project. This position collaborates closely with IT counterparts and plays a critical role in advancing data-driven strategies within the HR Strategy & Digital Transformation team. As part of the global Product team, the Business Analyst drives maximum business value from enterprise platforms by leveraging advanced reporting capabilities in UKG Pro WFM and Snowflake, ensuring accurate insights and optimized processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather requirements for existing database reports and determine placement in new landscape (UKG Pro WFM, Power BI, Snowflake).
• Assist with implementation and testing of new technology (UKG Pro WFM and reporting tools).
• Document report library with requirements and process flow diagrams.
• Provide data analysis to identify improvement areas.
• Recommend process improvements for reports within UKG Pro WFM, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Act as liaison between business and IT for alignment.
• Support requirements gathering for configuration of new time and attendance system (UKG Pro WFM).

Required Skills & Experience
Experience Required:
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance systems, ideally UKG Pro WFM
• Experience supporting a large migrations to UKG Pro WFM
• Proficiency with Excel, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Visio for project documentation
Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

Certifications: UKG Pro WFM and/or CBAP.
