Job Description

The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, schedule execution, safety, quality, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Associate's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of construction experience
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience supporting federal construction projects
• Healthcare construction experience required
• Experience managing renovations in occupied or active facilities
• Strong understanding of schedules, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project delivery
• Ability to pass the USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors course
ASHE Healthcare Construction Certification (HCC) - ability to obtain

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• USACE project experience
• Experience managing medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility projects
• Experience with renovation and MEP-intensive construction projects
• Experience on projects valued at $10M+
