Job Description
Program Leadership:
Lead large, complex, cross‑functional programs across the enterprise, often involving remote teams and external vendors.
Drive discovery activities such as RFPs, business cases, and security risk assessments.
Planning & Execution:
Build detailed program plans and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Define schedules, milestones, and deliverables:
Manage resources across all phases, ensuring availability, task assignment, and tracking of effort.
-Develop and oversee program budgets.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; resolve issues and dependencies to keep programs on track and within budget.
Strategic Alignment:
Evaluate program proposals for feasibility, timelines, and funding.
Ensure all program outcomes support organizational strategy and business goals.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Maintain stakeholder communication plans, reporting, and engagement.
Resolve cross‑project conflicts and dependencies.
Review and approve vendor work plans.
Integrated Schedule Management
Build and manage an integrated master schedule for multi‑phase, complex programs.
Blend of business, IT, financial, and communication expertise to support a high‑visibility, high‑impact role.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's degree or higher
-10+ years of Project/Program Management, progressive leadership, and/or Change Execution experience required.
-5+ years of professional Project/Program Management experience within a PMO/EPMO function.
-Experience in leading diverse teams while managing complex and risky projects/programs
-Project Program/Portfolio Management experience required
-PMP Certification required
