Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Construction Superintendent to lead the on‑site execution of a $42 million, 70,000 sq. ft. ground‑up K‑12 school project. This role requires a superintendent with a proven track record managing new commercial building construction from start to finish, with deep expertise in site development, structural work, and full‑cycle project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all field operations for a ground‑up commercial building, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage and coordinate all phases of construction, including:
Site work and civil activities
Foundations and concrete work
Structural framing and superstructure
Building envelope and interior build‑out
Lead daily jobsite activities, subcontractor coordination, and sequencing of work.
Maintain strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct daily safety meetings, inspections, and enforce company safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and inspectors.
Track progress, identify issues early, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
Ensure high‑quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction.
