Job Description
Develop a strong understanding of the existing OT and enterprise network topology
Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Review current network infrastructure and previous project work
Design and implement network improvements across manufacturing/industrial facilities
Support Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst environments
Troubleshoot OT network connectivity and performance issues
Execute infrastructure projects and network enhancements
Drive implementation plans through the first 90 days and beyond
Support hybrid operations between Durham and Benson facilities

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years of Network Engineering experience
- Strong Cisco Meraki experience
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst switches
- OT (Operational Technology) network experience
- Experience with Modbus and/or Profinet
Network design, implementation, and deployment experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments
- Ability to work onsite in Durham and Benson, NC as needed
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- CCNP, Network+, or similar certifications
- Experience with NIST 800-171
- Government or regulated industry experience
