Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Drive adoption of AI-powered testing tools and automation frameworks across engineering teams
• Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to support agentic AI initiatives across the SDLC (requirements, build, test)
• Collaborate with end users to ensure proper implementation and utilization of testing platforms and tools
• Support rollout and enablement of:
○ Enterprise test harness frameworks
○ Open architecture / connector-based solutions
○ Containerized testing environments (OpenShift)
• Assist in scaling and optimizing:
○ Test case generation
○ Test execution workflows
○ Defect analysis and reporting
• Translate technical solutions into actionable guidance to improve adoption and operational efficiency
• Identify gaps in tooling, processes, and usage to improve enterprise-wide standardization

Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Analyst to support enterprise-wide initiatives focused on AI-driven test automation, modernization, and platform adoption.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and end-user adoption, helping drive the rollout and utilization of advanced testing frameworks, agentic AI solutions, and modernization efforts across the SDLC. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in test automation and development, paired with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into practical, scalable solutions for engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
• Strong understanding of automation tooling (not just execution)
• Technical background in:
○ Software Development, SDET, or QA Automation Engineering
• Experience working with or exposure to:
○ AI-enabled testing or automation tools
○ CI/CD pipelines
○ Containerization (OpenShift or similar)
• Ability to work across both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive user adoption and influence change

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Development experience (e.g., Java or similar)
• Experience building or enhancing automation frameworks (not just executing tests)
• Familiarity with tools such as:
○ Selenium or comparable frameworks
• Experience in large enterprise environments
• Exposure to agentic AI, test optimization, or test data automation
