Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Epic PB Team Lead to support one of our top healthcare clients. This is a fully remote role, but must sit in NC, SC, GA, or VA. This role will provide both hands‑on Epic PB expertise and day‑to‑day leadership for PB analysts, while overseeing complex initiatives such as new clinic department builds, relocations, and provider‑based status changes.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and natural leader who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment and can balance strategic oversight with execution.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a certified Epic PB Analyst
Epic PB Certification
Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience leading or mentoring Epic analysts
Epic Charge Router Certification
Community Connect experience
