An employer is looking to hire a Sr. Product Designer. This Senior Designer will play a critical, hands-on role designing mobile-first, consumer-grade experiences for high-engagement products. We are explicitly looking for a senior individual contributor who thrives in execution, iteration, and shipping. Although our business operates in a B2B model, our users expect B2C-quality, game-like experiences. You’ll help shape products that feel more like mobile games rather than traditional enterprise software.

Required Skills & Experience
5-10 years of UX or Product Designer Experience (User Center Design Approach)
Expert with Figma for End to End Execution(Advanced Experience with current AI technologies to scale prototyping quickly)
Advanced experience with Gaming/Gamification specific products
Expertise with B2C platforms
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in Mini-Games/Mini Gaming
Creative/Fun Mindset
UX Research- Mixed Method
