Job Description
Lead and support project teams (single discipline and cross functional) from project kickoff through final delivery
Own all phases of moderately complex projects and standardized large initiatives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing scope, schedule, and resources
Facilitate collaborative working sessions with internal teams and external partners
Track project costs and schedules, proactively ensuring alignment with approved budgets
Partner with Accounting, Operations, and senior leadership during recurring project reviews

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience
2+ years within the waste or solid waste industry
Strong knowledge and understanding of site development
Stable work history (not job hoppy)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license – major plus
• Local to Charlotte or Raleigh, NC
- Knowledge of Waste/landfill site development
