Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow UI Builder Developer to design and configure modern, dynamic user experiences on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on building and customizing workspace experiences and pages using UI Builder, leveraging Next Experience Components (and custom web components where needed) to deliver intuitive, role-based experiences for agents and fulfillers. This role is to sit 1-2 days a week in office. Open to Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, or Kolkata locations.

Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience building or configuring workspaces and pages in UI Builder for configurable workspaces or custom experiences.
• Familiarity with UI Builder concepts such as experiences/workspaces, pages, and variants.
• Ability to work with Next Experience Components and understand how pages are composed of components.
• Understanding of role-based access considerations for building and securing experiences (UI Builder tasks require the ui_builder_admin role per product documentation).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience building pages for App Engine Studio-generated workspaces or custom web experiences using UI Builder.
• Comfort working with more advanced UI Builder capabilities such as configuring page behavior with parameters and dynamic data patterns.
• Awareness of when UI Builder applies vs. legacy tools (UI Builder has a legacy version for older workspaces; the full-featured UI Builder is for configurable workspaces and custom experiences).
