Job Description
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead greenfield and large scale platform transformations across ServiceNow. This individual will operate at the architecture and strategy layer, defining enterprise standards, custom application frameworks, and foundational data models that enable long-term platform scalability. This role is not focused on day to day administration or operational support. Instead, it is aligned to enterprise architecture, transformation programs, and future state platform enablement, paving the way toward CTA / CMA level architecture maturity. This is a contract to hire opportunity. This role is to sit 1-2 days a week in office. Open to Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, or Kolkata locations.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including enterprise scale implementations
• Proven experience leading greenfield ServiceNow transformations
• Strong background in custom application architecture on the ServiceNow platform
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise CMDB / CSDM strategy
• Experience operating in architect, technical authority, or platform governance roles
Technical Expertise
• Deep understanding of:
o ServiceNow Now Platform & App Engine
o CMDB, CSDM, Service Portfolio & Service Mapping concepts
o Integration patterns (API led, event driven, MID Server based)
• Ability to translate business transformation goals into platform architecture
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or other domains)
• CTA / CMA track alignment (in progress or planned)
• ITIL or equivalent enterprise service management background
