Job Description
This role will support reliable, secure, and efficient system performance through hands‑on engineering, troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
• Assist with the design, configuration, and support of SCADA systems used to monitor and control electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Serve as a technical resource for operations, IT, vendors, and field teams.
• Provide guidance and support for NERC CIP compliance and cybersecurity requirements.
• Support commissioning activities and system upgrades. Participate in after‑hours support through a team on‑call rotation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA systems, including hardware and software components
- Conduct system testing, validation, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, changes, and updates

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 5 years or more of relevant engineering experience and state registration as a Professional Engineer OR 6 years related work experience without state registration as a Professional Engineer
- Must be able to respond to SCADA, Command Center & Plant Support outside normal working hours.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working with industry leading SCADA systems
- Experience with SEL RTAC, Relays, RTU, PLC and HMIs
