Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the development and deployment of Managed Services products with a focus on alarming, monitoring, device certification, and network implementations. This role will be embedded within a dynamic Product Development environment, partnering closely with engineering, supply chain, network operations, and product teams to deliver Enterprise Internet and Managed & Edge (M&E) solutions.
As a key member of the Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO), you will drive complex initiatives from planning through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of network infrastructure, hardware, devices, and service capabilities. The ideal candidate brings a strong telecommunications background and has direct experience leading network implementation programs involving physical hardware deployment into production network environments.
Responsibilities
-Lead complex program and project initiatives supporting Managed Services products, including alarming, monitoring, device certification, and network deployments.
-Manage end-to-end network implementation efforts involving the installation, activation, and integration of hardware and network infrastructure.
-Partner with Product Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Network Operations teams to deliver new products, features, and services.
-Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across technical teams, vendors, leadership, and business partners to ensure successful project execution.
-Drive project planning, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation, and status reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives.
-Utilize Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Jira to manage project plans, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
-Adapt project management methodologies based on project needs, leveraging Agile principles where appropriate while maintaining strong delivery discipline.
-Present project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leadership, including Directors, VPs, and executive stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
-10+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
-Proven experience managing network implementation or network deployment projects involving physical hardware installations within telecommunications or networking environments.
-Experience supporting Enterprise Internet, Managed Services, Network Services, or related telecommunications products.
-Strong understanding of networking infrastructure, network operations, and hardware deployment lifecycles.
-Experience partnering with product, engineering, and supply chain teams to deliver new technologies, devices, features, and services.
-Hands-on experience utilizing Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Jira for project planning, execution, and reporting.
-Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across technical and executive audiences.
-Ability to work within both structured and adaptive project environments and tailor delivery methodologies as needed.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Telecommunications industry experience strongly preferred.
-Experience with managed services, enterprise networking, SD-WAN, edge networking, or related technologies.
-Familiarity with alarming, monitoring, network management, or service assurance platforms.
-Experience managing device certification, validation, and deployment processes.
-Background working with network engineering, field implementation, or network operations teams.
This will be an ONSITE role in either Denver, CO or Charlotte, NC
Compensation: $40/hr to $50/hr
**Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
