Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a leading financial services client. This candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable Force.com solutions, leveraging Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and data migration, along with a strong understanding of platform best practices. This individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, contribute to code reviews, and help drive modernization efforts including Lightning migration initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex and Visualforce
Experience with Lightning Component Development
Hands-on experience with Classic to Lightning migrations
Salesforce Data Migration experience
Integration experience with enterprise applications
Understanding of Salesforce security model
Experience with Salesforce Communities
Salesforce Developer I Certification
Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS)
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments and build prototypes quickly
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Salesforce DX
Integration experience using MuleSoft
Experience with Platform Events
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with AppExchange tools (Apttus CLM, Conga, CPQ, Billing)
Background in other programming languages (Java, C++)
