Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Operations Analyst to support the Global Operations line of business at one of our large financial clients. This individual will be part of a team which provides full operational support across Trade Control, Confirmations, Settlements, and Account & Balance Management.
Responsibilities include validating and maintaining trades, resolving breaks and discrepancies, managing confirmations and settlements, overseeing account and balance activities, and partnering closely with Sales, Trading, and Operations. Additional responsibilities include:

Performing trade validation by reconciling trades to ensure accurate booking in systems
Executing trade amendments to correct booking errors
Investigate and resolve trade breaks by working closely with Sales, Trading, and Operations
Assist with account and balance management activities, including exotic currency balance management, nostro account management, and client SSI management
Participate in ad‑hoc projects involving requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, testing, and implementation
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, control, and risk management, seeing ideas through to implementation
