Job Description

As the ERP Systems Manager, you will serve as the primary business owner and liaison for enterprise financial and operational systems, with a strong emphasis on JD Edwards ERP and related business applications. This role partners closely with business leaders and IT to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and lead system enhancements that support operational efficiency, financial integrity, and data-driven decision-making across multiple locations. You will manage application support, system development, and ERP-related projects while ensuring compliance, security, and system reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive JD Edwards functional experience, including system support, configuration, and business process integration.
• Knowledge of JD-Edwards 9.2 (plus)
• Knowledge of JD-Edwards Event Rule Code and Development
• Knowledge of One-View-Reporting, Orchestrations, BI Pub, EDI
• Advanced technological knowledge of structured programming application design.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with IBM Power Systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with C++ or similar languages is a plus.
• Ability to independently manage workload, prioritize requests, and deliver solutions in a complex business environment.
• Strong multitasking ability and proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
