Desktop Deployment Technician

Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to facilitate the refresh of hardware (laptops & desktops, peripherals, etc.) to bring equipment current with county hardware standards and security policies. This person will be directly responsible for reimaging existing laptops and desktops, as well as deploying new laptops and desktops (and accompanying peripherals) at multiple locations.

Must Haves:
• Able to work without assistance; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work.
• Dealing with over 500 deployments over 6 months
• Windows 11 experience
• Hands on hardware deployment
