Job Description

Day-to-Day:
• Perform high-volume data entry and validation tasks
• Prepare and organize large volumes of paperwork for scanning and filing
• Input and verify AP check details (including manual entry where needed)
• Ensure data accuracy and quality control across systems
• Manage and maintain physical and digital records
• Support month-end/first-of-month volume spikes (heavy workload periods)
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Data Entry / Administrative Support professional for a top client in a high-demand, operations-driven environment. This individual will play a critical role in managing large volumes of paperwork, supporting accounts payable processes, and ensuring accurate data entry and document handling. The role is heavily focused on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks, particularly during peak periods at the beginning of the month.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a quieter, more independent setting. They will be responsible for validating data, preparing documents for scanning, and maintaining accurate records while keeping up with a consistent workload. Required Skills & Experience

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed
• Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks
• Basic administrative or clerical experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prepare, organize, and manage documents for scanning
• Comfortable working in a quieter, more independent/solitary role

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in document management or records processing
• Familiarity with scanning systems or document imaging software
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume administrative environments
• Exposure to Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including checks and statements
