Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration & Employee Support
• Manage and monitor the Teammate Benefits shared inbox.
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, eligibility, life events, and enrollment processes.
• Research benefit inquiries and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
• Route inquiries to appropriate departments or benefits team members when necessary.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits-related questions.
Dependent Verification & Life Events
• Oversee the dependent verification process and approve benefit enrollments.
• Monitor outstanding life events and dependent verification requests.
• Follow up with employees regarding required documentation and enrollment actions.
• Ensure compliance with benefit eligibility requirements and deadlines.
Reporting, Auditing & Reconciliation
• Conduct weekly benefits audits and reconciliations.
• Support domestic partner, dependent child, and benefits eligibility audits.
• Perform Bswift and UKG benefit reconciliation activities.
• Assist with payroll contribution uploads and deduction reconciliation processes.
• Support monthly reporting and benefit-related data validation efforts.
Team Collaboration
• Provide administrative and operational support to the broader Benefits team.
• Assist with special projects, process improvements, and system updates.
• Maintain accurate benefit records and documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in Benefits, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, or a customer service-focused role.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to grow and develop a long-term career within HR and Benefits.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working with HRIS, benefits, or payroll systems.
• Experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables in Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience working successfully in a remote or work-from-home environment.
• Exposure to benefits administration, benefits enrollment, payroll processing, or HR operations.
