Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for one of our large logistics companies. This individual will be responsible for the daily monitoring, cash and collection management of a dedicated portfolio of customers. You will focus on the improvement of the overall status of customer accounts by communicating with internal and external customers to increase cash flow and reduce risk by resolving root cause issues impacting customer payment.
*Responsible for the resolution and management of outstanding invoices and delinquent accounts.
*Research invoices for billing accuracy; audit and collaborate with internal business partners to correct disputed invoices.
*Research, validate, and submit customer refunds, internal write off requests, cash application offset requests.
*Communicate with the clients to get payments completed (Phone calls, emails, etc.)

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience Accounts Receivable
- Experience with B2B collections not consumer
- Experience with High Radius or a comparable collections platform
- Excel experience (v lookups are a NEED)
- Comfortable with a high volume of tasks, (portfolio of 300 accounts, $5million in revenue)
- Needs to be comfortable leading a bi-weekly call with the Branch Managers
- Experience leading resolution and reconciliation efforts
- Ability to independently Investigate and resolve disputes
-Self-motivated individual who will take ownership of their portfolio
- Someone who is comfortable asking questions
