Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Atlassian Systems Administrator to support a global internal tools team for Epic Games. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting core systems, primarily focusing on Atlassian tools while also assisting with broader SaaS administration. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, proactive, and deeply experienced in Atlassian administration, with the ability to manage user provisioning, permissions, and system support with minimal oversight. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to contribute ideas, improve processes, and support a distributed team across time zones. Candidates who thrive in ownership-driven environments and enjoy supporting internal systems rather than building applications will be a strong fit.

• Provide light Airtable admin support (non-development)
• Handle ticket queue and provisioning tasks, including:
o User access management
o Permissions updates
o System troubleshooting
• Support SaaS tools and internal platforms
• Assist internal team members (Cody, Shane) with administrative workload
• Ensure coverage overlap with US teams and assist with ticket handoffs
• Document and promote:
o Best practices
o System usage standards
• Provide after-hours/overflow support for internal tools
• Independently manage workload for part of the day due to timezone gap
