Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Perform weld inspection on fabrication according to applicable Code and project specifications
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to maintain product consistency and reliability.
- Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies and collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve them.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports on product quality for management review.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non-conforming products.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements during testing and inspection processes.
- Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality management systems and standards.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and advancements in quality assurance and control technologies.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and standards to promote quality awareness and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
- Pharmaceutical or semiconductor quality experience
- AWS CWI or SNT-TC-1-A VT Level II certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, processes, and standards.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality certifications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with statistical analysis tools and methods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform inspections and audits in various settings.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the industry.
